I create poetic still lifes from the materials I gather outside each day, layering them with fragments of color and texture: papers, silks, linens. These reflect the spirit of a given moment in my studio. I am drawn to capturing the fast flow of life and documenting the passage of time. My most recent work combines my love of working with my hands and technology— using my scanner and printer to create art fresh from the Vermont fields and woods! These images are made into giclee prints, and are beautifully framed. I also create books,and love the opportunity to collaborate. I encourage writers, artists and poets to imagine a custom order.
