I have been making and selling pottery since the early 70’s. All the pots are hand thrown on a potter’s wheel and possess a wonderful sense of balance. The pots are created with the intention of being used and enjoyed on a daily basis, and range from simple mugs to elaborately decorated vessels. The clay is a highfire stoneware which has been selected for its durability and chip resistence. The pottery will last a lifetime. Customized pieces are gladly created, whether they are special dinnerware sets or pieces for a particular person or event. The pots are reduction fired to 2400 degrees to bring out the rich tones in the oatmeal glaze. The chun blue interior glaze shocks you with its vibrant display, and contrasts with the delicate hand incised designs. Each piece receives the attention needed to bring out its full potential.
